Pills for Surviving
Relationships

I often approach projects with a healthy dose of sense of humor

Key Series

These keys don't unlock doors... they represent the states we must access to truly move forward in our lives. Each sculpture focuses on that particular aspect of growth and invites viewers to consider their own keys to transformation.

Opposite Series

I explore the paradoxical nature of seemingly opposite forces—love and hate, left and right, inside and outside—revealing how these polarities exist not as isolated extremes, but as interconnected aspects of a unified whole.

Art & Play

I try to keep heavy topics light whether it's through a 4' x 4' paper mache fortune teller, huge paper airplanes in the sky, or a 3-foot tall spinning top.

These pieces don't belong to any particular series, but they all share something important: they invite you to play. Even when tackling serious subjects, there's a sense of joy and discovery built into the work.

The art tried not to be light despite the complexity of the ideas. The playfulness isn't intended to distract from the meaning—it's part of how the meaning gets across.

Installation art gives an opportunity for you to be a part of the work by immersing yourself in the experience. Be one with the art.

Sculptural Lights

Some statements are so powerful they demand to be in lights.

Earlier Work

... art is play.

My art work started like any kid, exploring the way the medium drives the end product. So I started with something fun. It really doesn't get better than toys and candy at the flip of a coin. Personally, I love the concept of the gachapon.
